Pro settings can mean two things: configuration settings you play your RA with (e.g. resolution settings) or game settings which you set before game starting.

Pro settings when hosting a game are considered to be the original settings that they were before Cnc5 made it possible to change them.
On below you can see screenshot of "pro" settings you should learn to play with if you want to get in "pro" games.
Couple exceptions: If game is 1vs1 or 2vs2 without laggers "Lower Send Rate" should be turned off. If you are playing standards "ORE Regenerate" should be off.
Nowadays people like to have "Ally Shroud reveal" on. I don't mind that but they should maybe learn to scout better if they can't play without it.
